Overview

Ruchi is a highly accomplished individual who holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Botany, Chemistry, and Zoology from Choudhary Charan Singh University, India, spanning the years 2013 to 2016. Subsequently, she pursued her Master of Science degree at Choudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India, from 2016 to 2018, specializing in Organic Chemistry. During the period of May 2019 to July 2019, Ruchi served as a Project Intern at the Department of Physics, IIT Kharagpur. In this role, she conducted extensive research on the biophysical characterization of proteins, specifically amylin and a-β. Her responsibilities included employing Dynamic/Static Light Scattering techniques to precisely measure size, shape, and interaction parameters of the proteins. Furthermore, she utilized Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy and Atomic Force Microscopy to investigate structural conformation and assess changes induced by the presence or absence of ligands.

Research/Roles

Ms. Ruchi presently holds the position of Assistant Scientist at Quantlase Laboratory, where she draws upon her extensive academic background and research experience as a testament to her unwavering commitment to the scientific domain. Demonstrating proficiency in conducting meticulous and insightful research, she is currently dedicated to the exploration of Smart Materials Enabled Quantum Optical Sensing and Imaging Based on Laser Light, with a particular emphasis on applications in Medical Technology.
