Rehab Rabea is a Human Resources-focused Business Management graduate holding a BA (Hons) in Business Management, graduating with Upper Second Class Honours (2:1) from Middlesex University. Rehab further distinguished herself by participating in and winning the Human Capital Consultancy Challenge, where she contributed to developing strategic workforce solutions aimed at enhancing organizational performance and employee engagement.

Rehab Rabea joined Quantlase Research & Development Center with a strong focus on Human Resources and organizational effectiveness. She supports employee documentation management, recruitment coordination, onboarding processes, and HR compliance activities while maintaining strict confidentiality standards. Rehab collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with internal policies and governance requirements, contributing to structured workforce operations and a high-performance, compliant work environment aligned with Quantlase’s strategic objectives.
