Mr. Brian Jarmolowicz started his career in Photonics very early on at the age of 19, beginning with a base-level Technican role at Lumentum Technology, and over time having worked his way up to a lateral move across to the Process Engineering team. As a Process Engineer, Brian undertook multiple responsibilities including research and development of processes on new photonic chip platforms including the lithography, depositing & etching, and metal deposition stages, and later on leaning more towards the development and verification of chip layers in new products.
Brian Jarmolowicz is currently the Chip Design Engineer at QuantLase Research and Development Center. He brings specialised expertise in Semiconductor and Photonic chip manufacturing, research and development and process engineering, having built his experience from the ground up in a leading American company operating in the United Kingdom, Lumentum. His interest lies in deep understanding of the workings of Photonics chips and is deeply passionate about the role that technologies play in our day-to-day lives.
